PROCESSING TIME
Processing times for all Couture Garments is approximately 4-6 weeks.
Since most couture, ready-to-wear garments are made one by one, and hand sewn to fit our customer's specific size, height & shape, custom/couture orders labeled as preorder can take 3-4 weeks to be completed, depending on the current volume of orders. After your order has been completed you will receive a confirmation email/test stating that your order has shipped along with a tracking number.
Please understand, that once your order has left our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier (USPS or FedEx). Any problems to arise while your order is in transit from us to you will be handled at the responsibility and discretion of the carrier (USPS or FedEx). Please contact the carrier for details.
REFUNDS
NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on Custom Items.
Garments listed as Pre-Order under Couture Ready-To-Wear can not be exchanged or refunded. Items not shown as Pre Order are allowed for exchanges. Please contact us via email before returning Couture items for an exchange to ensure we have the requested item in stock.
Customers may contact us via email to discuss an exchange for a Pre Ordered item, but please understand that an exchange of a Pre Order item may result in a restocking fee and an additional 3-4 week wait time, due to each "Pre-Order" Couture Ready-To-Wear item being custom-made, at the time of order.
Shop items may be exchanged for a different size, as long as the item is in stock at the time of the exchange request. Customers will have 15 days from the delivery date for us to receive the exchange package, in order to be eligible for an exchange. If the package is received after the 15-day period, the customer's package will be returned. We do NOT cover customer return shipment costs.
